It’s one of my favorite times of the year…  Choose Chicago‘s Chicago Restaurant Week. Over 370 restaurants participated this year with special prix fixe menus for brunch ($22), lunch ($33), or dinner ($44). Don’t miss your chance!

Fab Review: Brunch at Bar Lupo

Fab Review: Brunch at Bar Lupo // Piedmont Pub Burger, Lupo Potatoes Bolognese, Fresh Burrata, and Brioche French Toast // Photo: @topchicagoeatsIf you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of River North, I recommend you walk past the touristy spots and head to Bar Lupo. For many, the weekly ritual includes gluttonous amounts of runny yolks, thick-cut maple bacon, cheesy omelettes, fluffy pancakes, bottomless mimosas, and more. One of my favorite Instagrammers, Lisette (@lavila92), shares her top brunch spots and her mouthwatering pics. …

Fab Review: Formento’s

December 17, 2015 by Soo Park

Formento's // Photo: @fabsooparkThe West Loop truly is the best loop when it comes to food. From casual restaurants to fine dining, it is a foodie paradise with endless options including burgers, sushi, pastas, BBQ, ramen, coffee shops and more. Formento’s, a classic Italian concept by John Ross and Phil Walters of B Hospitality (Bristol, Balena, Swift & Sons), opened earlier this year and has become one of my favorite spots in the West Loop….
