Ingredients
  • 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup of Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup of almond or coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat germ
Toppings
  • 10 strawberries, sliced in half
  • 10 raspberries
  • 10 blackberries
  • ¼ cup of blueberries
  • Optional: shredded coconut
Instructions
  1. Blend the frozen mixed berries, banana, Greek yogurt, milk, and wheat germ on low until smooth,
  2. Transfer to a bowl and top with fresh strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and shredded coconut.
